Roles and Responsibilities:

 Regional Coordination of New Product Initiatives

  • Lead with Innovation: Take a leading role with cutting-edge technology collaborators to drive forward our Ion activities across Europe.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with select Global & European Business Unit partners to accelerate the progression of clinical studies & development activities in Europe.
  • Provide Practical Clinical Support – Attend study sites and provide practical clinical support during procedures. 
  • Global Insight: Provide timely, impactful feedback on study activities at a global level.
  • Lifecycle Support: Ensure our study partners receive comprehensive support throughout the entire lifecycle of the study.

Drive Market Development Initiatives 

  • Strategic Coordination: Collaborate with both internal and external partners to establish and manage market development programs effectively.
  • Seamless Communication: Facilitate timely updates to all partners, ensuring smooth program progression without delays.
  • Launch Excellence: Partner with European marketing and market development teams to meticulously plan product and software launches.

Engage with Ion Users & Academic Activity

  • Academic Collaborations: Work with European users to gain a deep understanding of their academic roadmap.
  • Sales Empowerment: Transform academic outputs into powerful sales tools that support our capital and clinical teams.
  • Evidence Dissemination: Collaborate with the market development team to align evidence outputs to an ever-developing total value proposition.
  • Sales Education: Equip the sales team with insights on academic outputs and their relevance to driving the Ion business forward.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a marketing role essential.
  • Fluent in German, proficiency in English with French language skills desirable.
  • Proven track record managing active clinical studies.
  • Previous experience in the respiratory field desirable.
  • Ability to interpret and identify key strengths and weaknesses in published clinical evidence.
  • High level of organisational skills and ability to efficiently communicate.
