We are seeking a Manager / Senior Consultant to join our EU Policy Team in Luxembourg, contributing to our ambitious growth plans for 2026. You will:
- Lead projects and studies for the European Commission (e.g., DG CNECT, DG HOME, DG TAXUD, DG GROW, DG DIGIT, SG REFORM, DG SANTE) and other EU Institutions (e.g., EIB, ENISA, eu-LISA).
- Advise on how technology can enable governments and industry to better serve citizens and foster economic growth.
- Deliver evaluations, impact assessments, cost-benefit analyses, technical feasibility studies, and policy research focused on digital transformation.
- Activate your network to identify and develop new business opportunities.
As a Senior Consultant (3-5 years’ experience):
- Contribute to project delivery and analysis under the guidance of a Manager;
- Manage a workstream or small client engagements;
- Support business development activities (e.g. bid management, proposals, pitches).
As a Manager (5+ years’ experience):
- Lead projects and teams, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery
- Drive business development and expand EU Policy services
- Advise clients strategically on digital policies and emerging technologies
- You hold Master’s degree in Political Science, European Studies, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent;
- You have 5+ years’ experience in delivering digital policy projects, evaluations, impact assessments, cost-benefit analysis, or strategic advisory;
- You have direct experience with the European Commission and/or EU agencies;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across levels;
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- You are fluent in English; French or another European language is a plus;
- Project management certification (PMP, Prince2, CSM, ACP) is a plus;
