EU Policy Consultant – Digital Policy

We are seeking a consultant to join our EU Policy Team in Luxembourg and Brussels, contributing to our ambitious growth plans for 2026. You will: 

• Lead projects and studies for the European Commission (e.g., DG CNECT, DG HOME, DG TAXUD, DG GROW, DG DIGIT, SG REFORM, DG SANTE) and other EU Institutions (e.g., EIB, ENISA, eu-LISA);

• Advise on how technology can enable governments and industry to better serve citizens and foster economic growth;

• Deliver evaluations, impact assessments, cost-benefit analyses, technical feasibility studies, and policy research focused on digital transformation;

• Activate your network to identify and develop new business opportunities. 

As a Consultant (1–3 years’ experience) you will: 

• Contribute to project delivery by conducting research, analysis, and drafting deliverables under the supervision of a Senior Consultant or Manager; 

• Interact with clients and stakeholders to collect information, validate findings, and support project progress; 

• Work autonomously on assigned tasks, ensuring quality, reliability, and adherence to deadlines; 

• Support the preparation of proposals and internal initiatives contributing to business development.
