In this role, you'll develop compelling grant applications, coordinate funded projects, and play a key part in advancing cutting-edge technologies and solutions across various industries. Responsibilities:

Prepare and write EU funding applications;

Analyse and understand different calls for proposals and their requirements;

Gather, analyse and understand information from clients about their innovative solutions;

Conduct comprehensive desktop research related to clients’ solutions, including market analysis, competitor benchmarking, customer segmentation, and industry trend identification;

Develop persuasive, coherent, and well-structured project proposals, business plans, feasibility studies, and commercialisation strategies, highlighting project’s innovation, impact, and strategic alignment with funding objectives;

Prepare detailed, accurate, and well-organized project budgets along with all accompanying application documents.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of professional experience;

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;

Fluent in Lithuanian and English language;

Excellent writing skills: business plans, scientific texts, articles, etc.;

Excellent verbal communication skills: client calls, workshops, etc.;

Strong administrative, organisational and time management skills;

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;

Curiosity and genuine interest in innovative technologies and advancements;

High attention to detail, diligence, and responsibility;

Experience working with EU funding application writing would be an advantage;

Basic accounting knowledge would be an advantage.
