We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Energy Storage Business Sector as an ESS Regional Project Manager in Poland. Curious about what this role involves? Let’s dive in:
- Lead and manage ESS projects across Europe, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and allocate resources efficiently.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Oversee project payment milestones and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Ensure quality standards are met and conduct post-project reviews for continuous improvement.
Your profile
That sounded great, right? Now, to make sure you feel happy and successful in this position, it would be ideal if you bring the following background:
- 2–3+ years of project management experience in energy storage, renewables, or technical infrastructure sectors.
- Native Polish and English at C1 level
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Proven ability to manage teams and build strong customer relationships.
- Skilled in solution-based project management and contract negotiation.
- Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM are highly desirable.
