- You drive ESS sales activities across Poland, focusing on utility-scale customers.
- You identify new business opportunities and actively build relationships with developers, EPCs, installers, and strategic partners.
- You manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- You collaborate closely with technical teams to design optimal energy storage solutions for customer needs.
- You provide market insights, competitor analysis, and sales forecasts to support strategic planning.
- You represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade fairs across Poland.
Your profile

To thrive and grow in this role, your background might look something like this:
- You bring proven sales experience in energy storage, solar, or power electronics.
- You understand the Polish energy landscape and have an existing network within the C&I or utility sectors.
- You enjoy consultative selling and can translate technical features into customer value.
- You feel comfortable working independently and handling B2B customer negotiations.
- You communicate fluently in Polish (C2) and English (B2–C1).
- You hold a degree in engineering, business, energy management, or a similar field.
