ERP Systems Administrator

AI overview

Support critical business data management and ensure compliance within ERP systems by collaborating with multiple departments for seamless operations.

Who We Are

Parenting isn’t picture-perfect. It’s messy, hilarious, exhausting, and life-changing — sometimes all before noon. That’s where we come in.

Founded in 2014 by our CEO Chelsea Hirschhorn, Frida was built to make the raw reality of parenting a little easier to navigate (and a lot less overwhelming). It all started with one legendary snot-sucker — the NoseFrida — and has grown into a 200+ product lineup that supports families through every stage: from fertility and postpartum recovery to baby care and beyond.

We don’t shy away from the stuff no one else wants to talk about — nipple pain, diaper blowouts, or the emotional rollercoaster that comes with keeping a tiny human alive. We call it like it is, solve the problems that actually matter, and build products that help parents feel seen, supported, and totally capable.

You can now find Frida products in 50+ countries and thousands of stores across the U.S., from the biggest national retailers to your neighborhood grocery aisle.

Under Hirschhorn’s leadership, Frida has become a category leader by challenging taboos, championing honesty, and supporting families at every stage of parenthood and beyond, earning acclaim on TIME's 100 Most Influential Companies, TIME Best Inventions, Fast Company Most Innovative Companies and Fast Company Brands That Matter. But the real win? Knowing we’re helping parents everywhere feel a little more human and a little less alone.

How You Will Make an Impact

Frida is seeking a technically capable and process-driven ERP Systems Administrator to support the governance, accuracy, and lifecycle of core ERP data across our enterprise systems—primarily NetSuite. This role ensures that critical business data (items, vendors, customers, employees) is properly managed, compliant with business standards, and accessible through defined workflows and permissions.

As a key member of the Enterprise Applications & Analytics team, you will manage incoming ERP data tickets, support platform administration, maintain documentation, and help drive system consistency and efficiency across departments.

Responsibilities to include:

ERP Data Operations & Ticket Management

  • Monitor and triage incoming ERP data requests (e.g., new item setup, vendor or customer updates) using service desk tools.
  • Execute approved data changes directly in NetSuite, following established workflows, naming conventions, and validation rules.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to clarify requests and ensure data accuracy.
  • Maintain ticket trackers and logs for visibility into progress, turnaround times, and escalation needs.
  • Conduct periodic audits of ERP records to identify issues and support ongoing data quality initiatives.

Data Governance & Documentation

  • Enforce data standards, naming conventions, and validation checks within NetSuite and related platforms.
  • Support adherence to approval workflows and business process controls.
  • Create and maintain SOPs, FAQs, and documentation related to ERP data management and governance.
  • Help communicate policies for how ERP data is created, maintained, and accessed.
  • Maintain audit-ready change logs and request histories for transparency and compliance.

NetSuite Administration & Enablement

  • Develop working knowledge of NetSuite roles, permissions, workflows, and custom objects to support system functionality.
  • Assist with onboarding and training users on ERP processes, data entry, and approval workflows.
  • Gather feedback from users and propose continuous improvements to forms, validation rules, and approval flows.
  • Document system pain points and enhancement opportunities for review with IT leadership.

Access Management & System Support

  • Support user provisioning and access management for NetSuite and related systems, ensuring compliance with role-based access controls.
  • Maintain and update role and permission documentation.
  • Help monitor system usage to ensure adherence to internal policies and audit requirements.
  • Act as a backup system administrator during key platform changes, upgrades, or user lifecycle events.

What You Will Need

  • 3+ years of experience in ERP administration, data operations, or enterprise system governance.
  • Hands-on experience with access controls, role management, and data validation in multi-platform environments.
  • Strong understanding of ERP data principles, standards, and workflows.
  • Proficiency with ticketing platforms (e.g., Jira, FreshService, Zendesk) and productivity tools (Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Demonstrated experience creating SOPs, training materials, and supporting end users.
  • Experience with NetSuite, SAP S/4 Hana Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar enterprise tools.
  • Familiarity with scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, PowerShell, SuiteScript) is a plus.
  • Clear communicator who can translate technical concepts into business context.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model and come into the office as needed.

Frida is more than a brand built to support parents. We get parents. We know all about the often unbelievable realities of parenthood, because we’ve been in the trenches. Over the last 9 years, we’ve dedicated ourselves to developing the tools (and sometimes the tips, too) that help simplify parenting - and it all started with snot. Since the launch of our cult-favorite NoseFrida, The SnotSucker, we’ve innovated and launched over 100 products that provide quick and easy solutions to age-old parenting problems. We also launched Frida Mom in 2019, with products to help women with the transition through the fourth trimester into motherhood. Today, Frida holds over a 70% share of its main category, and our products can be found in over 50+ countries and in over 40,000 stores throughout the US - in every retail channel from mass-market, grocery, chain drug, and specialty stores. For 7 years, we’ve had parents’ backs as they navigate the parts of parenthood you don’t usually see on the ’gram with honest and raw messaging to provide the answers to questions they didn’t even know they had. And, we’re just getting started.
