We are looking for an ERP Administrator with 5 years or more experience who is skilled in ERP implementation, financial data management, and business process optimization. This role will be responsible for leading the strategic configuration of the ERP system (specifically Sage Intacct or Brightpearl) to support projects related to financial, inventory, and order management logic for our US team. Additionally, experience in automating workflows and collaborating with developer teams to build AI-driven solutions is a major plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic configuration and maintenance of ERP system modules, especially focusing on financial, order and inventory logic.
- Assist end users with all modules, including GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Consolidations, Purchasing, and Inventory.
- Manage financial data and ensure all system processes adhere to standard accounting principles, including double-entry accounting.
- Oversee inventory management, production workflows, and order management systems to maintain high data integrity.
- Collaborate closely with U.S.-based team members and the developer team to ensure technical configurations meet business process needs.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization within the ERP and implement configuration changes to support future finance projects in an ever-changing industry.
- Work with system configurations and development teams to create automations and AI driven solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of system configurations, user access, and financial data management.
- Managed staged ERP implementation for Malaysia entity.
- Participate in ongoing training and lead the implementation of new system features as the project progresses.
- Assist with the migration of financial data and ensure the system accurately supports local Malaysia entity requirements through Kakitangan.com.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, or Information Technology Management or related field.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, with specific expertise in double-entry accounting and financial data management.
- Minimum 5 years experience in ERP implementation or maintenance is required; a background in inventory and order management systems is strongly preferred.
- Experienced in ERP implementation for the Finance module is necessary, for supply chain is added advantage
- Strong understanding of how business processes work and integrate in an ERP environment
- Proficiency in Sage Intacct or Brightpearl is highly advantageous, though not a strict requirement.
- High attention to detail and the ability to follow and design established financial procedures.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex system configurations.
