Responsibilities

  • Manage and consult on the implementation and operation of ERP systems, including financial administration, HRM, CRM, resource management, project management, and support (ticketing) systems;
  • Set up and configure the base ERP system, including financial, HRM, and project management administrations;
  • Configure user management and authorization models within the ERP system;
  • Set up task and approval flows to optimize business processes;
  • Ensure the ERP system operates within its existing functionality while meeting the specific requirements of the business;
  • Build and utilize integrations (API management);
  • Resolve minor issues independently without handing everything off to developers;
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to analyze needs, build clickable prototypes, and propose effective solutions—not just document them;
  • Contribute to business intelligence (BI) and reporting initiatives as needed;
  • Develop new connectors and add-ons to extend ERP system functionality.

Requirements

  • Academic degree in Informatics, Engineering, or other related field;
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing similar ERP systems (e.g., Rivilé);
  • Strong knowledge of APIs (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, Postman) – beneficial;
  • Proficient in .NET, JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS and/or Python – beneficial;
  • Fluent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
