  • Manage balance transfers and ensure accurate quota handling for both prepaid and postpaid subscribers.
  1. Usage Tracking with UC/UT
  • Configure and monitor Usage Counters (UC) and Usage Thresholds (UT) to maintain accurate service usage tracking.
  • Implement usage thresholds that trigger alerts, restrictions, or service suspensions when predefined limits are reached.
  • Ensure proper billing alignment by maintaining accurate UC and UT parameters.
  1. Charging Integration & DIAMETER Protocol
  • Integrate DIAMETER protocol to support real-time charging and policy enforcement across network elements.
  • Ensure seamless communication between charging systems and network components (e.g., PCRF) for accurate charging.
  • Collaborate with network engineers to validate real-time charging for high-volume and time-sensitive services.
  1. Testing & Validation
  • Conduct comprehensive testing of product configurations (Offer IDs, UC, UT, DA) to confirm accuracy and reliability.
  • Validate service limits and restrictions through threshold testing to ensure proper enforcement.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of real-time charging scenarios across data, voice, SMS, and bundled services.
  1. Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution
