About the role

In the next three to five years we target growing to more than 2,500 team members across Americas, EMEA, and APAC. We want to become an employer of choice across our cities and to continuously improve our service proposition to clients.

To support the rapid scale up of our APAC Business we are now introducing the Dialectica Erasmus Program that enables CST Associates & Senior Associates from our Athens office to relocate to Ho Chi Minh city office for a 6-month assignment. Erasmus participants might be eligible to extend their stay in Bogota past the 6 months, depending on business need & performance.

The purpose of the Dialectica Erasmus Program is to provide a unique professional and personal life experience to individuals participating in the program while also enabling the company to further accelerate growth in the key strategic market of Private Equity in the Americas.

Requirements

Applicable for Athens based CST Associates & Senior Associates:

  • Embody our values and are culture ambassadors
  • Have a solid track record of operational excellence during their time at Dialectica
  • Have positive performance reviews and N+1 and N+2 input
  • Have been with Dialectica for six (6) months at the time of relocation
  • Have agreed on a succession plan with their manager
