Salary: up to £50k per annum, depending on experience, plus equity, 30% OTE potential and benefits

Requirements
As Vestd continues to expand its presence in the share scheme market, we are growing our team of equity consultants. With ambitious plans for the next stage of our journey, we are looking for commercially astute consultants who are motivated by building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities that create sustainable growth.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys developing their own pipeline, building trusted networks and engaging directly with ambitious, scaling businesses. Alongside the strength of our brand and marketing engine, you will play a central role in generating and progressing opportunities through proactive outreach, referrals, partnerships and events.
You will confidently deliver a personable and consultative sales approach to every prospective customer. By developing a deep understanding of share schemes and equity management, you will translate complex subject matter into clear, practical guidance that positions Vestd as a trusted partner for growing companies.
While the primary focus of the role is new business generation, you will also value continuity in relationships, remaining engaged with customers post-sale where appropriate to ensure a smooth transition and identify future growth throughout the lifetime of the customer.
With a strong motivation to secure new business and create meaningful commercial impact, you will contribute to the achievement of new business revenue objectives as part of a collaborative, high-performing team.
