Perform critical maintenance and problem-solving on manufacturing equipment to ensure operational efficiency and minimize downtime in a dynamic work environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work 12-hour shifts as required by operational needs.
Perform preventive maintenance on machines and maintain accurate maintenance records.
Act as the first line of response for machine unscheduled downtime and quality issues.
Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional departments to ensure operational efficiency.
Provide clear and structured reports on major equipment downtime, including chronological events and corrective actions taken.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
Diploma in any Engineering.
PREFERRED:
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

SKILLS:
Strong team player with effective communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of Automation and Control Systems.
Ability to handle sudden changes and work effectively under pressure to restore machine operations within short notice.
Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) is an added advantage.
Understanding of machine software such as PLC or C++ will be an added technical advantage.
