  • Plans and schedules Training activities and its preparations.
  • Reports to Training Manager the planned activities and results.
  • Creates procedures pertaining to the improvement to the training system.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
  • Periodically Checks and Updates the Skill Map of the Department and adjust training plan based on the requireme.
