This position is for a strategic and hands-on leader accountable for driving equipment reliability, maintenance excellence, and infrastructure performance. Ensures all production assets, utilities, and facility systems operate safely, efficiently, and in alignment with production and business goals. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional engineering initiatives to enhance plant performance, operational repeatability, and safety standards. A suitable candidate will have prior experience running the maintenance and reliability initiatives for critical production equipment and facilities in an highly optimized manufacturing environment,  What Will You Do?

Direct and develop maintenance, infrastructure, and sustaining engineering teams to ensure reliable plant operation and technical excellence.

Lead preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and throughput.

Oversee infrastructure systems including power distribution, compressed air, HVAC, process utilities, and building maintenance.

Partner closely with Production, EHS, and Quality to meet manufacturing objectives while maintaining regulatory and safety compliance.

Manage capital projects related to equipment upgrades, facility improvements, and infrastructure expansion.

Champion root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime, scrap, and maintenance costs.

Drive standardization of maintenance procedures, documentation, and spare parts management through CMMS systems.

Develop and manage annual maintenance budgets, capital planning, and cost-control strategies.

Support sustaining engineering efforts to enhance equipment design, process capability, and manufacturability.

Build technical capability within teams through training, mentoring, and succession planning.

What You Bring to the Table:

10+ years of progressive experience leading maintenance, reliability, and engineering teams within fast-paced manufacturing environments.

Proven track record implementing reliability engineering, TPM, and lean manufacturing principles to improve asset performance and reduce downtime.

Strong technical expertise in industrial automation, utilities, facilities infrastructure, and environmental control systems.

Experienced in capital project management, cross-functional leadership, and delivering sustainable operational improvements.

Ability to bring a proactive and reliability based approach towards equipment maintenance and infrastructure management.

Experience with an asset maintenance scheduling software is a plus.

Deep understanding of equipment maintenance best practices, with proven success improving yield, repeatability, and cost efficiency through structured continuous improvement.
