Your Role

We're seeking a technically sound leader to drive operational excellence by owning both the reliability of our critical assets and the assembly of our next-generation equipment. This high-impact role requires an exceptional blend of technical expertise, strong people skills, and strategic management. This is an onsite role.

You will lead and schedule a critical technical team to ensure consistent coverage for a two-shift manufacturing operation. Success hinges on your ability to negotiate priorities, manage high-stakes situations, and champion continuous improvement across the organization.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and schedule the maintenance and assembly team, ensuring technical expertise is applied effectively across two shifts and occasional weekend needs. Resolve conflicts and coach technicians through high-pressure situations.
  • Own and optimize the preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Utilize root cause analysis to continuously improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
  • Be the power user of our CMMS (Limble). Manage all work orders, asset histories, and lead the spare parts inventory strategy to minimize downtime and optimize stock.
  • Direct the entire lifecycle of internal equipment build projects—from assembly to commissioning—ensuring adherence to engineering specifications and project timelines.

Skills/Qualifications

Required Technical & Experience

  • Associate degree in an electrical, mechanical, or related technical field.
  • 5+ years in complex manufacturing equipment maintenance.
  • 3+ years of management or supervisory experience leading a technical team.
  • Proven expertise in administering a CMMS for work order and spare parts management.
  • Strong technical command in troubleshooting electrical schematics, mechanical systems, and automation.
  • Experience leading equipment fabrication/build projects.

  • Technically sound with a proven ability to lead and mentor technicians through difficult, high-pressure situations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong track record of effective vendor negotiations and successful internal stakeholder management.
  • Highly proficient at managing complex project timelines, inventory, and multi-shift team schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: $100,000 - $115,000

*Base salary only. Salary is dependent on multiple factors including, but not limited to, experience and location.

**Additional compensation may include equity, bonuses, stipends, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and long-term disability insurance.
