In this position, you will:

• Set up, integrate, and ensure reliable operation of new production equipment with the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) at a PCB manufacturing facility.
• Install, configure, and maintain the MES to ensure seamless operation with manufacturing equipment.
• Gather integration requirements within manufacturing processes and participate in technical discussions with equipment manufacturers.
• Contribute to the digitalization and optimization of manufacturing processes, helping ensure stable and efficient operations.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to manufacturing equipment and MES integrations, and propose improvements.
• Develop and enhance manufacturing equipment integration solutions and components related to the MES system.

Requirements

What we expect from you:

• Understanding of manufacturing processes and hands-on production experience.
• Familiarity with PLC controllers.
• Understanding of factory automation concepts and equipment integration.
• Experience with high-level equipment integration using OPC UA (considered an advantage).
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols and networking concepts.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (considered an advantage).
• Programming knowledge (considered an advantage).
• Strong engineering mindset and good problem-solving skills.
  

In this position, you will receive training abroad, so be prepared for business trips to gain new knowledge about the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and how to implement it with our manufacturing equipment.

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive compensation package that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position is from 20 Eur/h up to 25 Eur/h (~3360 Eur – 4200 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise.
