Equipment Electrical Engineer
Responsibilities
Responsible for the assembly and debugging of the company's non-standard automation equipment
Skilled in using solidworks, proe and other 3D design software, capable of independently designing fixture required by automation equipment
Analyzed the problems in assembly and debugging, and worked with suppliers to solve the problems
Proficient in Mitsubishi, Delta etc., independently complete equipment program writing
Evaluation of electrical outsourcing suppliers, and introduction and transformation of outsourcing technologies
Prototype trial production, participated in field tests, dealt with electrical faults, and proposed product improvement measures
Determine the final product or system, and prepare production documents, user manuals and other related documents
Qualifications
College degree or above. Major in mechanical and electrical, automation or related field
At least 3 years’ experience in non-standard automation design, assembly and debugging
Familiar with wiring debugging of electronic control equipment such as PLC, IPC, manipulator, motor and slide rail
