Equipment and Maintenance Manager

Primary Function:

Responsible for the Overall Improvement and Sustainability of all Mobile Equipment/Machines in terms of Quality, Cost, Safety And Productivity and is expected to render support and assistance within his/her scope of responsibility in order achieve the overall company goals and targets.

Overall in-charge of Planning, Leading, Organizing and Control of all company activities related to Equipment Maintenance - Mobile which includes setting of business objectives and targets. Manage compliance to all QESH policy and continuously seek improvement activities to ensure that all are carried out in an efficient and effective manner.

Responsible for Planning, Directing, & Overseeing the utilization and performance of all production equipment through implementation of Quality, Productivity, Safety and Cost improvement plans. Ensures Disciplined and Competent crew of engineers and technicians, structured organization and the appropriate management of such resource in order to support the overall operation of the company.

Job Qualification:

• BS Graduate of any Engineering Course
• At least 1 year of Experienced in a Managerial Position.
• At least 5 years of Experienced in a Manufacturing Company handling Maintenance Group.
• With in-depth knowledge of experience in equipment operation, logistics, probability, statistics, repair and maintenance cost, preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Competent on planning, organizing, leading, and
  controlling the organization. Experience in the operation and maintenance of chemical machines (horizontal and plating machines) and SMT lines / machines. Knowledge on the DMAIC approach.
