  • Manage and support existing Pigment EPM & Tableau applications throughout month-end and forecast cycles, including responding to user-reported issues, providing technical support, troubleshooting application errors, and monitoring system health to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements for new features or enhancements to EPM applications, design and develop functionalities, and implement modifications while configuring and customizing EPM to meet evolving business needs with a focus on best practices and system integrity.
  • Manage data loads, integrations, and ensure data quality for planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, collaborating cross-functionally with ERP (NetSuite) and HR (Workday) systems to resolve integration-related issues.
  • Monitor and optimize EPM application performance by tuning calculations, business rules, and data loads, conducting regular performance reviews, and implementing necessary improvements.
  • Document EPM system configurations, processes, and procedures, provide end-user training and guidance on effective use of functionalities, and create user manuals and training materials for new features.
  • Ensure data confidentiality and compliance by managing security roles, permissions, and controls within EPM, and protect against unauthorized access to sensitive information.
  • Coordinate change requests and release cycles for EPM applications, conduct impact assessments for smooth deployment into production environments, and communicate updates effectively to stakeholders and end-users.
  • Collaborate with Pigment and Tableau support teams or third-party vendors for issue resolution and escalation, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within EPM.
  • What You Bring (Qualifications)
  • Hands on experience with Pigment EPM strongly preferred, or experience with comparable tools such as Anaplan or Workday Adaptive Insights
  • Background in a Finance Information Systems organization supporting an FP&A team
  • Working knowledge of various Financial modules within an EPM system like Expenses, Revenue, Capex, & Workforce
  • Proficiency in fundamental EPM Infrastructure and Administration, Scenario Management, & EPM Security.
  • Experience with data integration from other enterprise systems (e.g., NetSuite ERP, Workday, Snowflake), validating and reconciling data to ensure integrity and accuracy
  • Experience supporting stakeholders (primarily FP&A team) during month-end close activities and forecast/ budget cycles
  • Demonstrated capability to identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements, actively participate in testing and validation of new features, and stay current with the latest Pigment EPM & Tableau Cloud best practices and monthly updates
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, scripting languages, and other relevant technologies for automation
