LRN Corporation seeks an Environmental Compliance Operations Analyst for its New York, NY location.

Duties: Perform analyses of business goals, systems, and objectives focusing on environmental compliance and plan and design business processes and tools to make recommendations for improved sales execution. Develop sales initiatives including sales metrics, forecasts, and reporting; and use systems and data to resolve business issues related to Environment, Social and Governance (ESG). Draw on environmental scientific background to act as subject matter expert on environmental compliance and broader ethics and ESG compliance policies and serve as trusted advisor to LRN Leadership and Content Teams and clients. Apply knowledge of the environmental regulations and data analytics to support compliance reports, training and advisory work to support manufacturing clients in their ESG efforts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of LRN programs. Analyze clients’ regulatory goals and make recommendations for compliance training programs with an environmental focus. Act as liaison with clients’ chief ethics & compliance officers, and HR executives.

Requirements

Requirements: Must have a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Environmental Science, or a closely related data-driven scientific discipline, plus 3 years of experience in a research position that included data analytics, environmental compliance, defining target data sets and compiling market information using subscription research tools including Outreach and Sharpspring.
