Entry-level Translation Project Manager


The Language Doctors, Inc. has an opening for an Entry-level Translation Project Manager with experience in the Translation and localization Industry to join our growing team. The suitable candidate will be a detail-oriented, self-motivated, highly organized person who can multitask. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Create and submit timely and accurate quotes to clients. 
  • Create Purchase orders for the Vendors. 
  • Coordinating with translators and establishing delivery times. 
  • Organizing and verifying project files for final delivery to our clients. 
  • Ensure projects are completed and delivered to clients within the timeline and with ultimate attention to quality. 

 

 Knowledge, skills, and experience required: 

  • Experience as a Translator. 
  • Experience using TRADOS. 
  • Bilingual English level. 
  • Proven multitasking skills and ability to work under deadlines. 
  • Fast learner and the ability to pick up new skills and technologies. 
  • Common sense with exceptional problem-solving skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. 

 

Available schedule: 

  • Monday to Friday, from 8:00 p.m. to 04:30 a.m. ET.
