Technical Competencies
- MS-Office (Word.Excel,PowerPoint,Outlook)
- Knowledge of Master data management
- Mapping Tools
- Market research analysis
- Should be able to envisage real-time business situations through mental mapping, abstracting the idea inferred from the specifications.
- Support ticketing queue management
- Metric tracking and reporting
- Low-level analysis of data and application issues
- Communication between developers and business users
- Strong written communication skills (ability to interpret requests for developers, and explain to business users technical issues
Required Skills
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Vision & Outlook)
- Works and be proficient with e-mail systems computer programming systems and languages
- Successfully completes regulatory and job training requirements.
- Ability to work with others in a team environment
- Execute test cases/scripts to ensure delivery of quality software applications
- Identify defects in software under development and work with development team to verify that defects are eliminated and tests are in place to verify and prevent
- Prioritize workflow in accordance with departmental goals and initiatives
- Provide detailed reporting of all test scripts, results, defects, and risks identified during testing of all assigned projects
- Ability to deliver quality results on time, within scope and under pressure
