Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Loan Processor to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals looking to start their career in the financial services industry. As a Loan Processor, you will assist in gathering and verifying financial documents, ensuring compliance with loan regulations, and supporting loan officers in processing mortgage and consumer loans efficiently. This position offers hybrid flexibility after 90 days.
1-3 years of any professional experience preferred, recent or upcoming college graduates encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities:
Collect, review, and verify loan applications and supporting documents.
Ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate before submission.
Communicate with loan officers, underwriters, and clients to obtain necessary information.
Input and update loan application data in the system.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and lender guidelines.
Follow up on pending loan files to meet processing deadlines.
Address client inquiries regarding loan applications and documentation.
Assist in preparing loan closing documents and ensuring a smooth closing process.
