Nova 401(k) Associates is looking to fill a full-time remote customer service representative (Participant Specialist) position. In this position, you will field phone calls and emails related to retirement plan withdrawal and loan transactions. Although welcome, industry experience is not required, and paid training will be provided.
Candidates will also be required to successfully complete the NIPA Distribution Administrator and Loan Administrator Certificates. For additional information on the Distribution Administrator and Loan Administrator Certificate Program, please visit NIPA’s website at www.nipa.org.
