Project Gardenia is a focused, project-based remote opportunity where your expertise will directly support the improvement of language models and conversational AI systems.
Responsibilities:
- Review short agent–caller conversation transcripts.
- Evaluate and label entity types according to detailed Task Guidelines.
- Complete all tasks accurately, consistently, and in line with project requirements.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in French (Canada).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Experience working with LLMs (Large Language Models).
- Background in LLM evaluation or similar linguistic/AI tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Project Qualifications:
- Ability to follow structured labeling guidelines.
- Competence in reviewing text data for accuracy and context.
- Demonstrated fluency in both required languages.
