Accountabilities:
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft-based solutions, including Dynamics 365, Azure, and Office 365 integrations.
• Collaborate with project teams to define architecture requirements, design patterns, and technical best practices.
• Conduct solution reviews, optimize performance, and troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for project teams.
• Support pre-sales activities by developing technical proposals, estimates, statements of work, and presentations.
• Collaborate with project solution architects to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Mentor project teams to ensure adherence to architectural guidelines and promote knowledge sharing.
• Stay current with emerging Microsoft technologies and industry trends to enhance solution offerings.

Requirements

 • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience architecting and implementing Microsoft-based solutions, with a focus on Dynamics 365, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
• Proven success delivering complex projects in consulting or professional services environments.
• Expertise in security, authentication, complex integrations, APIs, service bus, performance optimization, and data migrations.
• Familiarity with architectural frameworks such as TOGAF is preferred.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client and stakeholder engagement.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect) highly desirable.
• Availability for client travel as needed.
