Enterprise Systems Product Manager (AI)

About the Role: 

As an AI Product Manager within Business Technology, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the employee experience and productivity. You will bridge the gap between innovative AI technologies and the operational needs of Motive’s teams, leading product strategies that empower every department to work smarter and more efficiently.

What You’ll Do: 

• Develop Product Strategy: Take full ownership of internal AI initiatives. Establish strong, ongoing feedback loops from internal teams to inform prioritization and investment. Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing tactical work with a long-term vision. Define, monitor, and communicate key productivity and efficiency metrics using a thorough analytical skillset to guide decision-making and planning for the product.
• Drive AI Impact: Champion AI by driving the development of new AI-powered features and products. You'll partner with engineering and design to define requirements and a roadmap, ensuring a high-quality user experience. You will use data analysis to quantify the impact of these features on key business objectives and user behavior.
• Inspire Innovation: Apply your conceptual and practical expertise in AI to identify and validate new opportunities. Research and test emerging AI technologies to inform the product roadmap and drive value for the company.
• Optimize the User Experience: Regularly engage stakeholders across the company to identify pain points and new opportunities. Use a thorough understanding of user priorities to evaluate trade-offs and conflicting needs, rapidly iterating on solutions to ensure high satisfaction and strong business value from AI-powered products.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 4+ years of product management experience
• Passion and Acumen for AI: You have a strong, demonstrable understanding of Generative AI concepts and a deep curiosity for how AI can transform business processes. You have hands-on experience with tools like Gemini, Notebook LM, Glean, or similar platforms.
• Communication & Collaboration: You possess outstanding communication skills and are able to demystify complex AI concepts for non-technical audiences. You're a trusted partner who can develop strong working relationships with adjacent teams and facilitate alignment on product decisions across departments.
• User Focus: You have a thorough understanding of user priorities relevant to the function and a proven track record of translating user needs into scalable product solutions.
• Problem Solving: You're an analytical and proactive problem-solver who can identify issues, consider root causes, and drive solutions. You are comfortable with data analysis and creating dashboards to quantify program impact, efficiency gains, and adoption metrics.
• Product Leadership: You have experience designing and delivering new products or features, from ideation to launch. You are comfortable leading without direct authority and managing the product lifecycle.
