Job responsibilities:

- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless and effective sales process.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of services.

Job requirements:
- Proven track record as a top performer in enterprise sales, preferably within the HR SAAS industry.
- Extensive experience in end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Strong hunter mentality with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Established network within the HR industry, with the ability to leverage relationships for business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing high-performing sales teams.

- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
