What: An Enterprise Sales Manager position title and an outstanding growth mindset

Where: Remote: Your home base! This role is eligible for 100% remote work.

Why: Spotnana’s Travel-as-a-Service platform is transforming corporate travel for Fortune 1000 enterprises. As we scale our Enterprise segment, this role will drive new business growth, educate the market, and execute our Go-To-Market strategy. You’ll work closely with partners and internal teams to deliver strong enterprise outcomes and accelerate revenue.

How (to land the job!): The process begins with an intro call with Talent Acquisition, followed by conversations with Sales leadership and key cross-functional partners. You’ll discuss your experience driving enterprise growth, managing complex sales cycles, and working with partners.

The day-to-day:

  • Execute and refine the Enterprise Go-To-Market strategy
  • Drive new enterprise customer acquisition in partnership with TMCs
  • Manage and exceed revenue and growth targets
  • Lead pitches and product demos for prospective enterprise clients
  • Own pipeline management and sales execution from prospecting through close
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure successful customer outcomes

Skills & qualities we value:

  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS, tech, and/or travel sales experience
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota
  • Experience selling into Global and Enterprise accounts
  • Experience co-selling and re-selling with channel partners
  • Experience selling to or partnering with Travel Management Companies
  • Strong executive presence and experience selling to C-level stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial, team-oriented, and motivated to win

The base salary range for this role is $130,000 - $145,000 per year, depending on a number of factors including the candidate’s working location.
