Role Overview
As Sales Manager – Brazil, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the sales process, including lead generation, relationship development, and the execution of innovative and effective sales strategies to close enterprise deals across Brazil and the broader LATAM region.
This role requires a strong commercial mindset, deep customer focus, and the ability to position DEUNA as a strategic payments partner for large merchants.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute robust sales plans to attract, engage, and close new enterprise clients.
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate business opportunities through a mix of inbound and outbound sources.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospective enterprise customers.
- Monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and provide insights to continuously improve sales strategies.
- Understand customer needs and challenges, presenting tailored solutions and delivering a high level of customer service.
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams at DEUNA (Product, Operations, Customer Solutions, etc.) to ensure effective sales execution and successful service delivery.
- Maintain a deep understanding of DEUNA’s products and services to clearly communicate value propositions and competitive advantages to prospects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in enterprise or B2B sales, ideally within payments, fintech, SaaS, or technology-driven environments.
- Strong track record of managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closing.
- Experience selling complex solutions to large or enterprise-level clients.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze market dynamics and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work autonomously and proactively.
- Languages: Native Portuguese, Advanced in English and Advanced in Spanish (nice to have)
