As a Manager in the Enterprise Risk team at Deloitte, you will lead client engagements and manage project teams to deliver high-quality risk advisory services.   • Stay abreast of global trends and regulatory developments, applying a global mindset to problem solving and client solutions.
  • Evaluate and enhance clients’ risk management frameworks, governance structures, and internal controls using a data-driven approach.
  • Demonstrate executive presence in all interactions, communicating with clarity, confidence, and professionalism at all levels.

 

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, or a related field (Honours degree preferred).
  • Relevant professional qualification (e.g., CA, CIMA, CIIA, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in risk advisory, internal/external audit, or related consulting environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Experience in managing client projects, leading teams, and delivering risk management solutions.
  • Exposure to SAP, IT audit, or digital risk solutions is advantageous.
