Enterprise Program manager
We are looking for an Enterprise Program Manager to lead end-to-end governance and execution of complex, multi-workstream enterprise PXM, PIM, and MDM implementations and programs, ensuring predictable delivery outcomes and strong stakeholder confidence.
This role is accountable for overall program planning, scope and change control, risk management, dependency coordination, and stakeholder communication across customers, partners, and internal teams. The Program Manager works closely with Solution Architects, Implementation Leads, Product, Engineering, Partners/System Integrators, and Commercial teams.
The Program Manager plays a critical role in establishing execution discipline, enforcing governance, and driving operational excellence across Syndigo’s largest and most strategic delivery programs.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Program Execution & Governance
· Own end-to-end program delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment to approved scope, timelines, and budget
· Establish and enforce governance frameworks, delivery cadence, and escalation paths
· Maintain program plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery health indicators
Scope, Risk & Change Management
· Own scope definition, estimation alignment, and structured change control processes
· Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks and dependencies across teams and partners
· Manage impact analysis for changes across cost, timeline, and resources
Cross-Functional & Partner Coordination
· Coordinate execution across Solution Architecture, Implementation, Product, Engineering, and Partner/SI teams
· Define clear roles, responsibilities, and RACI across internal and external stakeholders
· Hold partners and delivery teams accountable to commitments and governance standards
Stakeholder & Customer Management
· Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans clearly and consistently
· Build trust and confidence with enterprise customers through transparency and predictability
· Translate complex delivery challenges into clear, actionable outcomes for leadership.
Required Skills & Abilities
· Strong program execution and delivery governance capabilities
· Proven ability to manage scope, risk, dependencies, and change across complex programs
· Excellent stakeholder communication and expectation management skills
· Ability to coordinate cross-functional and partner-led teams effectively
· Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
· Data-driven decision-making and reporting discipline
Education & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree required
· 10+ years of experience in program or project management for enterprise technology initiatives
· Experience leading large-scale, multi-team, and partner-led programs
Technical Skill Set
· Program and project management tools, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
· Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS platforms and integrations
· Advanced Excel and reporting skills for tracking financials, forecasts, and KPIs.
This position will require working from Bangalore office twice a week.
