The Role

The Enterprise Lead is a full-time, permanent role responsible for driving high-value client acquisition and strategic account growth among the company’s top enterprise brands in the Philippines. This role leads a team of Business Growth Managers and Key Account Managers (KAMs) to acquire, retain, and expand marquee accounts through trusted partnerships and tailored, value-driven solutions. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Development • Lead and coach Business Growth Managers and KAMs to build strong relationships with C-suite stakeholders and deliver tailored, high-impact solutions
  • Enterprise Acquisition • Oversee strategy and execution for acquiring new marquee accounts, guiding team in identifying opportunities and executing consultative sales motions
  • Strategic Account Growth • Lead development of comprehensive account plans for marquee brands, driving cross-sell/upsell opportunities and sustainable growth
  • Performance & Operations • Establish and monitor KPIs for acquisition success, portfolio health and revenue growth using data-driven insights to optimise team effectiveness
  • Culture & Engagement • Cultivate high-performance team culture through transparent communication, professional development and continuous feedback
  • Strategic Initiatives • Design and execute initiatives that enhance acquisition capabilities, elevate client experiences and accelerate revenue performance
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration • Serve as liaison between Account Management, Sales, Marketing and Product teams to ensure alignment on enterprise objectives

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Experience: 5–7 years in enterprise account management, strategic B2B sales, or client leadership, including 2–3+ years managing high-performing teams in acquisition and account management. 
  • Enterprise Selling & Relationship Expertise: Proven success in acquiring and managing senior-level enterprise clients, with a strong track record of building deep, trust-based relationships. 
  • Strategic Solution Expertise: Skilled in developing tailored, value-driven solutions that address client goals and deliver measurable business outcomes. 
  • Leadership Excellence: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams to perform at a high level across both acquisition and account management functions. 
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Comfortable using analytics, performance metrics, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to drive strategy, optimize team performance, and inform decision-making.
