Deliver meaningful change at scale. Be part of transformations that reshape how organisations work.

Enterprise ERP programmes don’t succeed on technology alone. They succeed when people adopt new ways of working—and that’s where you add value.

We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise ERP Change Consultant to support the delivery of business change across complex, multi-pillar ERP transformation programmes. This is a hands-on consulting role for someone who enjoys working close to delivery, thrives in complex environments, and knows how to turn analysis into practical change actions.

If you’ve supported change on large ERP programmes and want to deepen your experience while working at enterprise scale, this role offers challenge, exposure, and progression.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Supporting Change Delivery Across ERP Programmes

  • Deliver business change activities across large, enterprise ERP transformation programmes
  • Work effectively across multiple functional and technical workstreams
  • Support the planning and alignment of change activity to programme milestones, releases, and deployment waves
  • Partner with change leads, programme teams, and business stakeholders to support successful delivery

Change Impact, Planning & Execution

  • Conduct structured Change Impact Assessments (CIA) across processes, roles, skills, and ways of working
  • Translate findings into practical change interventions, including Training Needs Analysis and readiness actions
  • Develop and maintain change plans and schedules aligned to programme delivery
  • Support knowledge transfer and knowledge management, ensuring effective handover into BAU or Managed Services

Stakeholder Engagement & Adoption

  • Support stakeholder analysis, assessing impact, readiness, influence, and change risk
  • Deliver targeted engagement activities for both executive and operational stakeholders
  • Help establish and run change networks (change champions, super users) to support adoption and two-way engagement

Adoption, Metrics & Benefits Realisation

  • Track change and adoption metrics to support readiness and sustained usage
  • Support the linkage between change activity and measurable business benefits, including efficiency and productivity gains
  • Contribute to process assessment and optimisation activities
  • Support benefits realisation activity beyond go-live

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience supporting business change within large-scale ERP transformation programmes
  • A consulting mindset, with the ability to turn analysis into action
  • Confidence operating in complex, fast-moving delivery environments
  • Experience producing high-quality change deliverables, including:
    • Change Impact Assessments
    • Change plans and schedules
    • Adoption and readiness reporting
  • A pragmatic, delivery-focused approach and strong attention to detail

Why This Role?

  • Work on enterprise-scale ERP programmes with real complexity and impact
  • Build deep experience alongside senior change and programme leaders
  • A role focused on delivery, learning, and progression
  • Exposure to senior stakeholders and complex client environments
