This role is designed to partner closely with a Key Enterprise Account Manager, owning the heavy groundwork required to win complex enterprise deals — including account research, enterprise lead generation, proposal development, stakeholder mapping, and deal preparation. The ideal candidate has hands-on knowledge of the end-to-end motor insurance lifecycle, understands how insurers operate internally, and is comfortable working across long sales cycles with multiple decision-makers. This is not a pure hunting role. It is a deal-enablement role for someone who enjoys making enterprise deals move faster and close cleaner. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain structured account intelligence and CRM hygiene.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Product and Solution teams to align proposals with insurer requirements.
  • Provide field-level insights on insurer needs, objections, and buying behavior.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities without dropping the ball.
  • Communication & Mindset
  • Clear, structured written and verbal communication.
  • Professional presence when interacting with enterprise stakeholders.
  • Ownership mindset — proactive, accountable, and execution-focused.
  • What This Role Is (and Is Not)

  • This role is:
  • Enterprise-focused
  • Insurance-domain heavy
  • Deal-support + account development
  • A stepping stone to Enterprise Account Manager or Strategic Sales roles
  • This role is NOT:
  • A pure cold-calling SDR role
  • A solo hunter role
