  • Demonstrated collaboration with business and IT stakeholders to align technology with strategic goals.
  • Experience in evaluating and selecting technology standards, platforms, and tools.
  • Evidence of architectural oversight in large-scale programs and adherence to public sector best practices.
  • Strong governance experience, including defining and enforcing architecture principles and policies.
  • Ability to perform impact analysis and guide architectural decisions.
  • Experience in mentoring solution architects and ensuring architectural consistency.
  • Familiarity with EA tools and experience leading their implementation and integration.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Understanding of emerging technologies and their application in public sector or equivalent environments.
