Enterprise Architect (Microsoft Technologies)

Quento Technologies seeks a highly skilled Enterprise Architect with a strong background in Microsoft technologies to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide IT strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning business and ICT strategies, developing scalable architectural frameworks, and delivering robust and secure solutions across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Architecture & Planning

• Capture and analyze ICT trends.
• Identify opportunities for digital transformation and innovation, including new business services.
• Evaluate and update the enterprise ICT solution portfolio to meet current and future needs.
• Develop and maintain architecture frameworks that align ICT solutions with business objectives.
• Propose and assess architectural changes, including new technologies and platforms.

Cloud Strategy and Adoption

• Drive the adoption of Azure cloud services and develop strategies for migrating existing workloads to the cloud.  

Infrastructure Management

• Oversee Azure infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.

Security and Compliance 

• Ensure solutions meet security and compliance requirements, adhering to industry best practices and standards.  

Technical Leadership and Mentorship

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, promoting best practices and architectural standards.  

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and other teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.  

Technology Evaluation

• Evaluate new technologies and architectural patterns, recommending their adoption when appropriate. 

Documentation

• Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, and roadmaps. 
• Ensuring that all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the IT sector;
• At least 6 years in a dedicated Enterprise Architecture role;
• Proven experience with Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365, Power apps, Power Automate, SharePoint Online, Power BI;
• Strong understanding of Azure cloud services, including compute, networking, storage, databases, and identity;
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework;
• Knowledge of hybrid cloud strategies, microservices, Azure DevOps, CI/CD;
• Deep knowledge of secure design principles, including OWASP guidelines;
• Expertise in architecture modeling tools such as Sparx EA, ArchiMate, and UML;
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe;

Soft Skills and Other Requirements

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and international environments;
• Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management experience;
• Familiarity with project management principles and practices;
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
