Enterprise Applications Engineer - Salesforce

We’re looking for a hands-on Enterprise Applications Engineer (Salesforce) to support and enhance a complex enterprise Salesforce environment. This role is delivery-oriented and focused on clearing operational backlog, stabilizing core workflows, and executing enhancements across business-critical systems.

You’ll work closely with U.S.-based business and IT teams and are expected to operate with a high level of ownership and autonomy.

What You’ll Do

• Own day-to-day Salesforce configuration, customization, and development
• Build and maintain Flows, automations, reports, and dashboards
• Support business-critical workflows and resolve production issues
• Collaborate on integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems
• Help reduce backlog and improve system stability and performance

Requirements

• Strong, hands-on Salesforce experience (Admin + development exposure)
• Experience supporting production Salesforce environments
• Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and enterprise data flows
• Ability to prioritize work, troubleshoot issues, and deliver with minimal oversight
• Clear communicator comfortable working with business stakeholders
