We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager with a strong background in SaaS technology and extensive exposure in the Food & Beverage (F&B) ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of businesses with 100+ locations, ensuring they leverage Foodics comprehensive suite of products & services effectively. This role requires a deep understanding of in-store POS systems, kitchen display screens, customer display & order status screen, self-ordering kiosks, table ordering, payments, and checkout processes, as well as backend functionalities including menu structure & recipes, inventory & supplier management, multi-brand support, and centralized online ordering channels.

What you will do💡

      • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, acting as their trusted advisor and F&B consultant. Understand client requirements, manage technical discussions, and address any issues related to system integrations, software functionalities, and support needs.
      • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in discussing and understanding complex technical requirements, particularly related to ERP integrations, menu management, and operational workflows across various digital platforms (mobile apps, web ordering, etc.).
      • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, from IT departments to C-suite executives. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and ensure client satisfaction to drive annual renewals and prevent churn.
      • Strategic Support: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including engineering, product development, customer operations, billing, finance, and marketing, to advocate for client needs, influence product roadmap decisions, and support the overall growth and success of client partnerships.

What Are We Looking For❓

    • Minimum of 5 years in a client-facing role within the software industry, preferably managing enterprise accounts in the F&B sector. Hands-on experience with POS systems, digital ordering platforms, and backend management solutions is essential.
    • Strong technical acumen with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively. Experience in ERP integrations and software implementation projects is highly desirable.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey technical requirements and solutions clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Proven track record in project management, including overseeing complex implementations and ensuring successful delivery of services.
    • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments and levels within both client and internal organizational structures.
    • Knowledge of SaaS business models and subscription-based service environments.
    • Experience with CRM systems  Salesforce is a plus.
    • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
