Your key responsibilities
Take overall responsibility for managing your sales portfolio, achieving growth, and meeting or exceeding annual revenue targets.
Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification to demoing, negotiation, and closing.
Provide on-the-ground mentorship and support to the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to help generate qualified opportunities through innovative outbound strategies.
Deliver value-driven insights and communicate our proposition effectively through proposals and presentations.
Ensure prospects and clients gain maximum value from our offering, including free trials and proof-of-concept engagements where appropriate.
Act as a market expert, providing feedback to the team on industry trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to expand our offering.
Identify emerging markets and shifts, staying fully aware of competitive activity and new technologies.
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programmes to capture key market segments.
Present accurate sales, revenue, and forecast reports to the management team.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales Engineering, and Sales Enablement to support your success.
Maintain a clean, up-to-date pipeline and forecast accurately — after all, sales is a balancing act.
What We’re Looking For
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
4+ years’ experience in a quota-carrying sales role, preferably within SaaS.
Solid understanding of market research, sales methodologies, and negotiation principles.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, confident phone manner, and strong listening ability.
Technically savvy — naturally curious about technology and driven to find solutions.
Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Excellent organisational, project management, and time management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Experience in the retail, finance, automotive, telecoms, or travel sectors is a strong plus.
