Enterprise Account Executive

***This position could be in Sofia, Bulgaria, or the East Coast, USA. Applicants must have a work/residence permit for the respective location.***


Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the penetration in a pre-defined list of Key Accounts

  • Creates, and implements penetration strategies for each account in the assigned Key Account list

  • Manage a list of large, existing customers to develop and maintain long-term relationships to accomplish account growth

  • Research key customers’ wants and needs and suggest relevant solutions, educate them about product features and benefits to create upsell/cross-sell opportunities

  • Prepares proposals for new and existing key clients based on their needs and budget constraints

  • Identify potential key customers, outside of the pre-defined Key Account list, and research decision makers

  • Resolve customers' complaints in an effective and respectful way

  • Gather, report and communicate customers' feedback on service, technology and product delivery

  • Keep up to date with industry and market trends and best practices to identify new business opportunities and respond to competitor activity

  • Attend relevant industry events to meet key customers and maintain relationships with relevant partners of the industry

  • Maintains a clear track record within the company’s CRM system

  • Monitors Sales Results Based on KPIs; Prepares reports and analyses for sales management.
