Enterprise Account Executive - Brand Partnerships

Broker exclusive brand partnerships that power a national loyalty ecosystem.

Thanks is building a customer-first monetisation platform that delivers growth without compromise – for advertisers, publishers, and customers. We power growth for the world’s leading brands, delivering tens of millions of high-value “thanks” moments every month.

We’re hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to source, structure, and close bespoke brand partnerships for a major national loyalty program serving tens of millions of US consumers.

This is a senior, enterprise-facing role. You will independently build a pipeline, negotiate multi-million dollar partnerships, and curate a rotating ecosystem of premium offers that customers genuinely value and brands are proud to participate in.

This role combines enterprise sales discipline with brand curation, commercial strategy, and ecosystem building.

What you’ll do

Source and close enterprise brand partnerships: Build and manage your own pipeline – leveraging existing relationships and proactive outreach – to secure funded offers and revenue-share agreements with nationally recognized brands.

Structure bespoke commercial deals: Negotiate multi-million dollar partnerships that are not off-the-shelf packages – aligning offer mechanics, economics, and distribution to create mutual value.

Curate a premium loyalty ecosystem: Ensure every partnership aligns with the prestige, aesthetic, and performance expectations of the national loyalty program.

Maintain weekly commercial cadence: Deliver a steady flow of compelling offers – balancing new brand acquisition with repeat partners to meet weekly refresh requirements.

Operate at executive level: Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers across large organizations, confidently articulating reach, ROI, and long-term strategic value.

Partner on ecosystem strategy: Work closely with the loyalty partner and internal stakeholders to influence which verticals, categories, and brands shape the program’s evolution.

Build the partnership playbook: Help define what “great” looks like in an exclusive loyalty offer – improving packaging, positioning, and negotiation standards over time.
