The Opportunity

Allara is seeking a detail-oriented Enrollment Coordinator to support our mission of expanding access to women’s healthcare. In this role, the Enrollment Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring clinical providers are accurately and efficiently enrolled with participating health plans. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Your Impact

  • Under the supervision of the Payer Operations Manager, this position will be responsible for the timely review, investigation, enrollment, and updating of provider applications received in the department.
  • The position must maintain the quality, production, and timeliness standards of the department.
  • Review, data entry, and process all enrollment/update provider enrollment types and related documents, and correct audit errors found.
  • Working on complex Provider Enrollment applications that are under strict deadlines.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise during the credentialing process in a timely fashion. Provide feedback on problem prevention for early intervention to ensure limited patient and revenue issues.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with Verifiable and CAQH
  • 2+ years of experience in provider credentialing, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
