Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.   OVERVIEW   We are looking for translators with experience in translating patents from English into Korean (native-level fluency of Korean) with immediate availability for our patent translation projects.   The ideal candidate will have strong experience in translating and proofreading patents, specifically in the field of Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, Electricity, Mechanics.   Project Details:   Job Title: English into Korean Patent Agency/Translator Start Date: ASAP Location: Remote Content Type: Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, Electricity, Mechanics Expected Weighted Volume Per Week: 5,000+ words CAT Tool: XTM Employment Type: Freelance Preference will be given to candidates who fulfill the following requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in the translation and/or editing of patent documents. (More specifically, mechanical and/or chemical patents)

Proficiency use of CAT tools, especially with Trados, XTM

Being able to providing in K-Editor compatible formats(HLT, HLZ, FIN) 

Good availability and quick response times.
