Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls in an engaging, professional, and customer-focused manner, ensuring every interaction reflects care and commitment
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers
  • Able to support overnight shifts

Requirements

  • Very good command of English (B2).
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
