We are seeking an Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to drive the execution of highly technical projects across engineering, manufacturing, and regulatory disciplines for the Butterfly Embedded business. The EPM will be responsible for program execution from concept to commercialization, ensuring that Butterfly Embedded and its partners meet critical technical milestones while maintaining high efficiency. This role requires strong technical acumen, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and experience leading complex projects in regulated environments.

This is a hybrid position requiring 2 - 3 days a week in office. Our preference is that it is based in the SF Bay Area. It may also be based out of our New York City, NY office.
Compensation
Our estimated salary for this role based is around $160,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Actual pay is determined by multiple factors such as skills, qualifications, experience and market demand.
