About the Role:
We are seeking a Program Management Director to act as the operational backbone of our Engineering department. You will serve as the primary Engineering Program Manager, supporting Product Managers in roadmap execution and acting as a bridge between technical teams and leadership. You will own the global architecture of our knowledge base, drive the definition of critical R&D processes, and maintain the integrity of our developer ecosystem tools. Reporting to the CTPO of Ogury, you will lead the "Operational Excellence" strategy, ensuring process clarity, performance reporting, and alignment on best practices across the organization
Why you'll love this role
Shape how engineering operates at scale – play a central role in driving operational excellence across 18 engineering teams and directly influence how product and engineering roadmaps come to life.
Work at the intersection of technology, strategy, and leadership – partner closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, and the CTPO to align priorities, improve processes, and enable teams to perform at their best.
Own and evolve the developer ecosystem – from Jira and Confluence architecture to automation and knowledge management, you’ll have the opportunity to design systems that improve developer experience and organizational efficiency.
What you will be doing
Lead and support program management across strategic engineering initiatives, partnering with Product Managers and Tech Leads.
Drive the quarterly roadmap process, coordinating priorities and timelines with Product and Engineering leadership.
Manage engineering capacity planning to align business priorities with technical feasibility, while monitoring progress and risks across squads.
Maintain clear roadmap visibility and reporting through Jira.
Own the Incident Management process, including training Incident Commanders, overseeing post-mortems, and maintaining the SL3 assignment matrix.
Administer and evolve the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, Service Desk), including workflows, plugins, scripting, and platform migrations.
Maintain governance and ownership across the engineering ecosystem (repositories, products, initiatives, and assets).
Architect and maintain the R&D knowledge base, ensuring high-quality documentation and discoverability through Confluence and AI tools.
Build internal tools and automation (e.g., Google Apps Script, Python) to improve reporting and operational efficiency.
Deploy and manage Service Desk portals supporting IT, People Ops, and Publisher teams.
Support agile practices across 18 European teams through workshops, best practices, and quality standards assessments.
Define and monitor engineering and R&D performance metrics (e.g., DORA and company-level KPIs) to drive operational excellence.
Partner with Finance on R&D reporting and compliance (CIR, IPBox, Capex), including data preparation and documentation for financing initiatives.
Maintain the R&D people data framework across engineering tools and support onboarding for new R&D team members.
What you will bring to Ogury
Strong interest in operational excellence, data, workflows, and automation.
5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Program Management, or IT Operations.

Proven program management experience, including roadmap planning, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
Technical ability to build internal tools and automations (e.g., Google Apps Script, Python, or Go).
Familiarity with R&D finance processes such as CIR, Capex, and software capitalization is a plus.
Experience with knowledge management platforms and AI-driven documentation tools (e.g., Sana.ai, LLMs, vector search).
