Position Overview

This role handles spare parts sourcing, inventory management, and purchase order follow-up. It also involves maintaining work orders, supporting KPI data collection, and document management.

 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Spare part management including spare part sourcing, inventory management, purchase order follows up 50%
  • Maintenance work order management. (Emergency repairing work, preventive maintenance work, outsource contractor work etc)
  • Engineer KPI data collection, Eng Document management and other assigned job.

Requirements

Who We're Looking For

  • Master on Microsoft office such excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Experience on PO process, raise PO, follow up till to commence PO to supplier, spare part sourcing from outside mainland experience is preferred
  • Basic understanding on maintenance management system is preferred
