What You'll Do
  • Lead the technical direction for subscription management systems across backend, web, and mobile surfaces
  • Be accountable for delivery outcomes, system health, and operational reliability at scale
  • Shape the Account Management subdomain strategy and bring clarity to ownership boundaries across teams
  • Drive architectural simplification to improve scalability, maintainability, and developer experience
  • Influence technical direction across the Freemium Funnel domain through strong cross-team collaboration
  • Build and grow a high-performing engineering team grounded in accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
  • Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform sustainability and evolution

  • This role is based in New York
  • We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home.
  • The United States base range for this position is 164,448–234,926 USD, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six-month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, paid flexible holidays, and paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.
